Sam Stone is a rising original artist in the Canadian music scene, known for her powerful vocals and dynamic performances. Sam is a seasoned performer, captivating audiences with her soulful voice and commanding stage presence. Sam’s community involvement is equally impressive; she has been a committee member for the Shepherds of Good Hope Taste for Hope 2024, a performer at the CAPO4 in Support of the Ottawa Cancer Foundation 2024, and a featured artist at the Ottawa Police International Women’s Day Celebration 2024. She also contributed to Shepherds of Good Hope’s cover of Lean on Me in 2023 and has been part of Tara Shannon's Annual Holiday Benefit Concert for several years.
Sam continues to push boundaries by working across multiple genres and collaborating with a diverse range of artists and songwriters. Sam’s vocals are in high demand performing with bands in venues and festivals locally but also across Canada and internationally including the US and Europe (Ireland, Sweden, Iceland, Germany, Netherlands, etc.) while also being a sought after session vocalist. On top of being a touring member of Jessica Pearson and the East Wind, Sam is expanding her own audience and releasing a string of new soulful singles. Her most recent release is Miss featuring guitarist Tony D from the Juno Award winning band, Monkey Junk which is available now.
